Job Title: RSM Middle East

Salary: Total package c$250k ote including allowances
Job Description: Overview: The client is a highly respected manufacturer of Network Security products, headquartered in the USA. Reporting directly to the Channel Sales Director EMEA, the Consultant will be responsible for all sales of the Company’s technologies. He/she will work with pre-sales technical resources to target Global 500 and Top 200 major accounts within the MEA Region. The Consultant will have a successful track record in Channel & direct touch sales in an infrastructure software environment (experience in the security market is essential) as well as a strong experience in selling to major enterprise accounts in the ME region. This person must be able to forge and grow channel relationships, drive revenue through them on a push-pull basis. There is potential for high growth in this region and it is a perfect environment for an aggressive, hard working and ambitious new business sales professional. The primary responsibilities of the position include • Advise the Company on the market and major potential customers in the Territory. • Forge high level relationships with assigned accounts to win the Company business for the Products and services. • Identify major projects within the largest accounts and co-ordinate the Company’s activities to maximise the Company’s product and services revenue. • Advise the Company on the most appropriate Distributors, VARs and ISP’s to work with in the Territory for the Products and services. • Advise customers and partners on pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required. • Team with the Company’s authorised Distributors, VARs and ISP’s on sales opportunities leveraging their capabilities to best effect. • Involve assigned accounts in leveraged activity where appropriate. • Work in close co-operation with the local team and HQ operations in UK • Build and execute on a business plan for the region to maximise revenues • Forecast and report activity carefully, accurately and in a timely manner as requested from time to time. Person Profile • Experienced professional • Successful track record of building start-up technology business in region • Track record of closing both tactical and enterprise transactions • Proven/quantifiable track record of over-achievement in the last 3 years. • Experience selling complex software-based solutions such as network security or Network and Systems management solutions preferred • Good knowledge of Security market, Channel and End-Users in the region • Experience in applying solution selling methodologies to maximize corporate revenue growth • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Proactive with ability to succeed in an dynamic environment • Task/goal orientated and takes ownership • Ability to work remotely from own initiative • Mobility to travel is required Education and Experience • A Bachelors level degree or equivalent technical qualification • 7 - 10 years experience of Sales management in the software industry (direct touch and Channel sales • Professional sales training would be beneficial. He/she will be responsible for all sales of the Company’s technologies working with pre-sales technical resources to target Global 500 and Top 200 major accounts within the DACh Region. The successful applicant will have a successful track record in Channel & direct touch sales in an infrastructure software environment (experience in the security market is essential) as well as a strong experience in selling to major enterprise accounts in the Northern region of Germany. This person must be able to forge and grow channel relationships, drive revenue through them on a push-pull basis. There is potential for high growth in this region and it is a perfect environment for an aggressive, hard working and ambitious new business sales professional. There is also considerable opportunity for the candidate to grow within the company.
