Essential:

- Possess familiarity of the issues/problems facing and experience in providing consultancy services and solutions to a range of different industry sectors such as Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, IT, Government (Central/Local/Military) and Health/Pharmaceuticals sectors.
- Possess high quality presentation skills and significant demonstrable evidence of having written and delivered commercially successful, quality propositions embracing a number of service lines.
- Possess experience of success in identifying, analysing and qualifying client requirements, managing leads, scoping and writing (to a high quality) proposals, following up and closing assignment opportunities.
- Demonstrability of a track record in relationship management and experience of bid/project management, working on a wide range of projects and the ability to identify risks within projects and take appropriate action. Demonstrable capability to coach individuals on sales techniques and strategies.
